Cancellation Policy
*We understand things happen...if you must cancel your virtual appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice and we will reschedule for another date. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and are not eligible for a refund. *Booked virtual services are only eligible for a refund IF cancellations are made 48 hours or more in advance of appointment.
